Complex Litigation Associate

Position

Wilson Elser is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney in our San Francisco Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners.
• Regularly prepare for trials, conduct investigations, attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular reports.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 2-8 years of defense litigation experience
• Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Legal project management experience helpful

Pay

Salary Range: $155,000 USD - $210,000 USD
