About the role
Duane Morris LLP seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel with at least 7+ years and commensurate experience to join its Austin office.
Responsibilities
- Experience in complex commercial litigation matters in the healthcare and/or energy sectors.
- Familiarity advising clients with complex regulatory requirements/compliance on a broad range of matters including healthcare reimbursement disputes and/or energy‑related disputes.
- Litigation under state and federal laws before various regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience.
- TX Bar admission required.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
