The position is particularly suited to an experienced commercial litigator with a background in healthcare or energy disputes, combining sophisticated litigation with regulatory and compliance-related advice. Key Responsibilities Handle complex commercial litigation involving healthcare and/or energy clientsAdvise on sophisticated regulatory and compliance mattersRepresent clients in healthcare reimbursement and/or energy-related disputesHandle litigation arising under state and federal lawsRepresent clients before regulatory bodiesDevelop litigation strategy and manage significant mattersProvide practical, commercially focused advice to clients Who You Are 7+ years of relevant litigation experienceExperience in complex commercial disputes involving healthcare and/or energyFamiliarity with regulatory compliance and enforcement mattersStrong analytical, research and writing skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesLarge law firm experience is preferredAdmitted to the Texas BarComfortable working in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment Compensation Competitive market compensation based on experience and seniority.
