About the role

The role involves overseeing scaffold erection and dismantling operations, ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to. The candidate must have extensive experience in scaffolding and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• At least 5 years of scaffolding experience
• Valid OSHA certification
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
