About the role
The role involves overseeing the construction and maintenance of scaffolding structures to ensure safety and compliance with building codes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and dismantling of scaffolding structures
- Ensure all scaffolding meets safety standards and building codes
- Monitor worker safety and provide training as necessary
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules
- Document all work activities and inspections
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in scaffolding construction
- Valid scaffold certification
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and building codes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
