Scaffold Foreman

About the role

The role of Scaffold Foreman is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of scaffolding projects. This individual is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and removal of scaffolding structures
• Ensure all scaffolding meets safety standards and regulations
• Train and supervise scaffolders and other workers
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements
• Monitor weather conditions that may affect scaffolding operations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in scaffolding construction
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment

• Proficient in using scaffolding equipment and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
