Responsibilities
- Participates in salary and benefit surveys and annually updates job specific market rates in accordance with the Company’s market pricing strategy.
- Performs job evaluation and market pricing for new jobs and annually for existing jobs.
- Affords assistance in the development of compensation budgets.
- Tracks employee compensation costs against pre-set budget.
- Administers the annual Total Cash Compensation Planning program in conjunction with payroll to include system design and set-up and various management roll up reports used to allocate base salary increases as well as bonus and incentive compensation.
- Conducts various compensation analyses to build compensation budgets, provide compensation, and determine internal and external pay equity.
- Presents appropriate employee training, to include Compensation Philosophy Training for managers and employees and any related systems training.
- Leads all system updates for employee Total Rewards Statements and communication.
- Oversees the Company recognition program.
- Performs other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Must have equivalent of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience includes Compensation Program Design and Administration, Compensation Analysis, Job Evaluation/Market Pricing, Salary Structure Development and maintenance, Compensation Communication, Incentive Plan Design and administration, Project Management, Proficiency with HRIS systems, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with HR peers and business stakeholders, Advanced problem-solving skills required to research, analyze and troubleshoot data, process and workflow issues, and the initiative to take action and bring issues to the forefront.
