Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst to support our compensation programs through market pricing, data analysis, reporting, and program administration. The role ensures compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses.
- Support job evaluation and salary grade review processes.
- Analyze pay data, salary structures, and internal equity.
- Affiliate with annual compensation planning activities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and compensation summaries.
- Validate and maintain compensation data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-4 years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
- Experience with Payfactors, Salary.com, Power BI, and Power Query preferred.
- CCP, GRP, CCBA, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
