Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No “serious” violations in the past three years (e.g., reckless or careless driving, DUI, driving a commercial vehicle without CDL in drivers possession, etc.)
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• No DOT reportable with receiving a citation that related to a fatality in the past 3 years
• No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
