Job Overview

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately—earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay, accruing from day one, rewarding consistency and commitment, not just miles.
• Extra pay for the work you do: $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay, so your effort doesn't go unpaid.
• Run a 3-week schedule that maximizes earning power, then enjoy a solid reset when it's time to come off the road.
• Paid orientation: earn $1,250 in orientation pay, so you're paid from the very start.
