About the Role

Central Oregon Truck Company (COTC) is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed freight operations. Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with a 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives.
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one.
• Additional pay for specific tasks: $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay.
• $1,250 paid orientation to ensure you’re compensated from the start.

Schedule

• 3-week on-the-road schedule designed to maximize earning potential.
• Guaranteed reset time at home after each run.

Requirements
