About the role

Central Oregon Truck Company (COTC) is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed freight. This opportunity is ideal for OTR drivers transitioning to flatbed or seasoned flatbed professionals.

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with a 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives.
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one.
• Additional pay for specific tasks: $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay.
• $1,250 paid orientation.

Schedule

3-week on-road schedule followed by a solid reset period at home.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• 12+ months of Regional or OTR experience.
