Responsibilities

• Run a 3-week schedule that maximizes earning power, then enjoy a solid reset when it's time to come off the road.
• Operate late-model Kenworth T680s with manual 10-speed transmissions.

Pay & Incentives

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year.
• 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives.
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately—earn up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one.
• $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay.
• $1,250 paid orientation.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience.
