About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for solo dedicated positions in Detroit, MI. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-owned vehicles
• Maintain vehicle safety and compliance
• Load and unload cargo according to specifications
• Follow established routes and schedules
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with a clean background
• At least 21 years old
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• Minimum 12 months (1 year) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
• Or minimum 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program
• Other exclusions may apply based on driving record or criminal history

• Experience driving in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer position
• Ability to work independently and follow established schedules

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.

Schedule

Drivers work every 7-10 days, with weekly reliable home time.
