Driver - Mileage

Responsibilities

• Receive competitive pay and work-life balance
• Operate newer, well-maintained equipment
• Drive with a local dedicated dispatcher
• Enjoy company-paid uniforms
• Participate in paid on-hub miles and drop pay programs
• Ensure safe operation of all company equipment
• Manage load reporting and discrepancies
• Unload products safely and place them in customer's desired location
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily paperwork
• Keep vehicle clean and operational
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections
• Secure loads properly
• Report equipment and payload problems/hazards
• Conduct in-route inspections
• Understand and adhere to ADS CORE VALUES

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age (DOT requirement for interstate operations)
• Acceptable MVR and DOT physical/drug test

Qualifications

• One-year verifiable driving experience preferred

Skills

• Safe operation of all company equipment
• Load management and product placement
• Vehicle maintenance and inspection
• Equipment problem reporting
