COMPANY DRIVER - HOME WEEKLY

About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for home weekly positions. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, including up to 3% match on 401(k), retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance checks
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months (1 year) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a valid Social Security number

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
