COMPANY DRIVER - HOME WEEKLY

About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for home weekly routes from Ligonier, IN to Sheffield Village, OH. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive solo in dedicated, overtime, and team lanes
• Earn up to $0.65 per mile based on experience and total miles driven
• Operate well-maintained, late-model equipment
• Receive 24/7 office & maintenance support
• Participate in various programs including safety bonuses, driver referral program, and more

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months (1 year) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to provide a valid date of birth

• Strong driving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
