About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for home weekly positions in Edison, NJ. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, including up to 3% match on 401(k), retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-owned vehicles
• Deliver goods to various locations
• Ensure cargo safety and security
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months (1 year) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass a drug screening and background check

Skills

• Strong driving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
