COMPANY DRIVER - HOME WEEKLY

About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for home weekly routes in Lebanon, PA. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including up to 3% match on 401(k), retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months (1 year) of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program
• Must be at least 21 years old

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passing physical exam and drug/alcohol testing

Skills

• Knowledge of commercial driving laws and regulations
• Experience with GPS and route planning software
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
