About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for home weekly positions in Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• Minimum 12 months (1 year) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in the last year
• Completion of an accredited school program

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness for long hours on the road

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
