Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with completing their hygiene
- Developing independence, responsibility and self-worth
- Preparing and implementing program goals, individuals’ service plans, treatment plans, etc.
- Developing positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
- Assisting clients to obtain appropriate healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, or related field and/or H.S. diploma and related experience
- Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and safe driving record in accordance with WORK INC policy
