About the role
We are seeking a Curriculum Training and Support Specialist located in Tennessee to deliver high-quality training workshops, presentations, and support for both new and returning clients. This role provides post-sales support, including onboarding, training, and continuous assistance for our print and digital curriculum products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for clients and assist with the onboarding process.
- Provide ongoing curriculum content and platform support to teachers and administrators via email, phone, and online chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues through email, phone, and live chat.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to technology and curriculum teams for resolution.
- Identify customer-specific training needs for new and existing clients to enhance user experience and maximize product usage.
- Develop and modify PowerPoint presentations and other training materials.
- Identify at-risk accounts that have not fully optimized their digital usage potential.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other Training and Support Specialists to create quarterly newsletter content, focusing on product features, usage tips, and maximizing purchase value.
- Develop expertise in Gallopade’s products to effectively guide new users through training.
- Provide training and product expertise to sales representatives, product development, and marketing teams.
- Participate in departmental and interdepartmental meetings as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in one or a combination of classroom teaching, instructional coaching, or educational training within K-8 education.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, for on-site presentations and support.
- Practical experience with platforms such as Canvas, Schoology, and/or Google Classroom.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Zoom, or other virtual presentation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to deliver training to both small and large groups, as well as provide one-on-one support.
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage training schedules effectively.
- Capable of handling multiple client interactions and responding to support requests.
- Experience in customer support, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution.
