Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Essential Functions
- Serves as one primary community standards coordinator in the Community Standards Process of potential violations of the Community Standards in the University Policy Handbook.
- Regularly meets with students as part of the Community Standards Process.
- Maintains conduct files and database(s) on all cases, tracks sanctions and follow-up action and prepares conduct reports.
- Helps in teaching and/or developing various classes through educational offerings.
- Collaborates with Residence Life staff and is a liaison to Public Safety and other departments as needed.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
Equipment Used and Responsibility
- MS Office Suite
- Familiar with or able to quickly learn University computer systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- May oversee student workers.
Experience/ Education
- Minimum one year directly related work experience, preferably in a higher education.
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
