Community Standards Coordinator
About the role
This position is within a service-oriented environment that values its employees. The Community Standards Coordinator will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining a resident-centric focus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
- Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
- Document, photograph, and record all violations.
- Assist homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
- Prepare applications for the committee review.
Requirements
- Professional and adaptable, demonstrating good time management and organizational skills.
- Maintain the confidentiality of business matters.
- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills including a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and reliable means of transportation.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia, and Nevada within six months of hire).

- Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
- Ability to operate a vehicle to perform certain job functions.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible to meet the needs of the site, including possible evenings and weekends.
