Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities
- Prepare and submit grant proposals
- Monitor and report on grant-funded projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
