Community Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Community Engagement Coordinator supports the Department of Public Health Practice, Policy & Translational Research by assisting the department chair, faculty, staff, and students with policies, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities include preparing documents, scheduling, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, website updates, record keeping, supply inventory, and data entry.

This position is based in Phoenix at the University of Arizona Phoenix campus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update department files, databases, and reports.
• Assist with policies, practices, and procedures as needed.
• Prepare documents and coordinate meetings and events.
• Manage travel arrangements and website updates.
• Handle record keeping, supply inventory, and data entry.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
