Requirements

• 2+ years community manager experience in a multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Benefits

• Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000- $80,000/year.
