Community Manager

Jerry.ai is hiring a remote Community Manager to build its presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. The role is fully remote, with listed locations including Palo Alto, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and San Jose.

The company began with car insurance, expanded into driving insights, diagnostics, and repairs, and now serves more than five million customers. Jerry.ai is fully remote, with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.

About the Role

Jerry.ai wants to participate authentically in the conversations its current and future users are having across Reddit, Quora, TikTok, and YouTube. The Community Manager will define how the company engages on each platform, grow trusted communities, and develop a scalable organic engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry.ai's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a platform-specific community playbook covering when to post, reply, or stay silent.
• Grow Jerry.ai's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Build a scalable content and engagement strategy without losing authenticity.
• Use AI where it can strengthen the content and engagement strategy.
• Partner with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Platform-native writing skills across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• Ability to communicate naturally without relying on corporate language.
• Experience building repeatable strategies and operating systems.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to make complex or stressful categories feel human and worth following.
• A patient, curious approach that prioritizes long-term organic trust.
• Fintech, insurtech, consumer-facing, or regulated-industry experience is preferred.

Pay

Base pay of $75,000-$110,000.
