About the Role
Workplace Hospitality Services brings the best aspects of hospitality into a corporate workplace environment. We are the ambassadors of culture and provide industry-leading hospitality services to over 50,000 office workers across our properties, covering over 15 million square feet of space. Our team supports daily office reservations, supply needs, building and local amenities expertise, and world-class event planning services.
As a Workplace Hospitality Coordinator, you will be an expert in event execution, proprietary systems administration, and customer service, creating moments that matter and paving the way for an exceptional day.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and movement for assigned spaces.
- Work closely with Meeting & Event Managers to execute events.
- Greet guests and assist as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between Meeting Managers, AV Support, and Vendors.
- Walk meeting and event spaces, report any upkeep needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge in basic A/V and IT functions.
- Use internal systems to manage space and usage.
- Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with all operating departments.
- Maintain par office supplies and conduct monthly inventory.
Requirements
- Previous Guest Services experience.
- Minimum 2 years of general office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot audio-visual issues.
Pay
$25–$27 per hour.
