About the role

MG Properties is a trusted partner in the property management industry, focusing on enriching lives through the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States. We are seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, The Rylan in Vista, CA.

Responsibilities

• Build and train your team
• Marketing the property
• Oversight and maintenance of the budget
• All operational tasks to help the property thrive

Requirements

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience a must
• Team building and effective management skills a must
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
