American Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations and ensure the success of our properties. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive financial performance, and elevate the resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of property managers and support staff
• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting and expense management
• Elevate the resident experience by managing maintenance requests, coordinating community events, and addressing resident concerns
• Foster a positive and inclusive community environment where both residents and team members thrive

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of property management experience
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven track record of successful property management and resident satisfaction
• Experience with property management software and systems

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
