American Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations and ensure the success of our properties. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive financial performance, and elevate the resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of property managers and support staff
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting and expense management
- Elevate the resident experience by managing maintenance requests, coordinating community events, and addressing resident concerns
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment where both residents and team members thrive
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of property management experience
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record of successful property management and resident satisfaction
- Experience with property management software and systems
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
