Community Liaison

About the role

The Community Liaison builds referral source relationships in various settings, supports marketing and communications initiatives, and integrates company values into daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with potential referral resources, including physicians, case managers, and discharge coordinators.
• Maintains a territory as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Business Development (DMBD).
• Develops, implements, evaluates, and refines territory plans based upon data, trends, market needs, and Hospital needs.
• Uses specific market analysis data to help identify potential new business opportunities.
• Facilitates marketing activities with community members, home health organizations, physicians, and other community resources.
• Captures and analyzes data from marketing efforts to support decision-making.
• Coordinates specific marketing and public relations activities such as exhibits at conferences, seminars/in-services, advertising, media relations, government relations, etc. as assigned by the DMBD.
• Completes required trainings, as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. 2 years marketing experience in healthcare required.
• Required Licenses, Certifications, and/or Documentation: Must maintain acceptable driving record, current driver’s license, and insurability.
