About the role

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our communities in Camden and Cumberland Counties, NJ. This position involves a mix of marketing, digital marketing, and human services, offering a varied, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Generates leads by connecting and establishing relationships with referral sources
• Regularly attends and coordinates various private and community-based programs/events throughout the year
• Researchs, builds relationships, and develops new referral sources
• Oversees the use of marketing supplies, maintaining an inventory of promotional and marketing materials

Requirements

• Nurturing ability (caring, empathetic, compassionate)
• Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills
• Effective time management skills
• Capable of working independently
• Spanish speaking is a plus!
