Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. We believe in a patient-centric approach, where every treatment plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of each person who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Chief Executive Officer in fulfilling the goals and objectives of the hospital marketing plan
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources in the greater Los Angeles region including physicians, therapists, hospitals, schools, and social service organizations
• Plan programs and events that build relationships between the hospital and potential clients
• Aids in the design of hospital brochures and related materials
• Create social media content and drive digital engagement
• Maintain a consistent flow of referrals to the outpatient program and effectively coordinate with the Business Office to verify the insurance of patients
• Other related duties

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
• Worked as a Community Liaison, or have sales, business development, account management, project management, or marketing background
• Experience with having a referral growth responsibility for relevant hospital business lines
• Experience in building relationships with hospitals, schools, and social service organizations
• Valid California Driver's License, can be insured through employer's carrier
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
• Two years of healthcare experience
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to effectively use CRM software programs such as Salesforce or Zoho
• Internet marketing and social media experience highly desirable
• Experience working for an outpatient (IOP/PHP) and a Residential Treatment Program is preferred
• Experience with behavioral health preferred
