Community Liaison
Reports to: Lead Community Liaison • FLSA Status: Exempt/Full-Time • Location: Abilene, Midland, Odessa, or San Angelo – Employee can be based in any of the cities listed but needs to travel to all of them regularly.
About the Role
The Community Liaison is a key team member of our Marketing department. We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Liaison to serve as the bridge between our clinics, healthcare professionals, and potential talent. This role is pivotal in fostering connections within the healthcare institution, involving responsibilities such as campus recruitment, physician liaison, brand ambassadorship, content creation, and event coordination. Join us in spreading positivity and forging meaningful connections within the autism and ABA therapy community.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between the institution and healthcare professionals, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Cultivate partnerships with physicians and medical professionals to enhance the institution's reputation and referral network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions to attract top-tier talent.
- Organize campus visits, career fairs, and information sessions to engage with students and promote opportunities within the institution.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to identify immediate business needs.
- Promote the institution's brand and values through various channels including networking events, community outreach initiatives, and capturing of social media content.
- Plan and execute events ranging from informational seminars and workshops to community outreach programs and networking events.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure events are executed seamlessly to maximize impact and attendance.
- Foster relationships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders to support the institution's presence and involvement in the community.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and engagement to enhance the company's reputation and social responsibility efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, recruitment, or community engagement roles preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year experience within the ABA industry (preferred).
- Experience working in a growing organization (preferred).

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to travel regularly within the assigned region, including driving to clinics, community events, and partner locations.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during events, outreach, and networking activities.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials (e.g., marketing supplies, event equipment) up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to set up and break down event materials, including tables, displays, and promotional items.
- Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including office settings, community events, healthcare facilities, and campuses.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and electronically.
- Must be able to bend, reach, and move as needed to support event and outreach activities.
- Must be able to see, read, and interpret written documents, computer screens, and data for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to hear and communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via electronic means.
Pay
$45,000 to $55,000 annually.
