About the role
The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. This includes managing maintenance staff, coordinating with local authorities, and implementing resident engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance staff to ensure all community facilities are maintained in good condition.
- Coordinate with local authorities to address any issues or emergencies that arise.
- Implement and manage resident engagement programs to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Manage budget and financial reports to ensure proper allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with property management team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., urban planning, public administration).
- At least 5 years of experience in property management or community management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of local regulations and ordinances relevant to property management.

Pay
