About the role
Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team in Bedford, NH.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for community management operations of the branch.
- Establish positive relationships with board of directors, community managers and support staff, and other vendors at branch level.
- Aid in the management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level for community focused operations.
- Aid in the preparation of policies and procedures to efficient service clients.
- Train liaison for community managers and community support roles.
- Manage people/teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of general accounting principles at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- CMCA Designation Preferred.
- 5 – 7 years of Community Association or directly related experience including management of personnel.
