Community Coordinator
Job Details
Lake St. Charles Retirement Community is seeking a Community Coordinator to join their team.
About the role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent, strategic field call strategies. Drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and services aligned with the center's growth strategies and business plans. Represent the organization, clinical service lines, and staff positively to referral sources with the intent to develop and strengthen relationships that contribute to the center's reputation and market position.
Responsibilities
- Work at a fast pace, prioritize multiple activities, and respond in a timely manner to numerous requests.
- Show creative thinking skills to navigate complicated situations and solve problems.
- Able to accommodate referral sources' schedules, which may occasionally fall outside of standard office hours.
Qualifications
- Preferred bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with people; sales experience preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
- Knowledgeable of the needs of geriatric residents and different levels of care.
- Creative ability, working cooperatively with other professionals, organizing and carrying out responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
