Community Coordinator

About the role

The Community Coordinator develops and maintains strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent, strategic field call strategies. The goal is to drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and services aligned with the center's growth strategies and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources
• Navigate complicated situations with creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Represent the organization, clinical service lines, and staff positively to referral sources
• Work at a fast pace, prioritize multiple activities, and respond in a timely manner to numerous requests
• Accommodate referral sources' schedules, which may fall outside of standard office hours

• Possess creative thinking skills to navigate complicated situations with a strong ability to problem-solve

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience working with people; sales experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
• Knowledgeable of the needs of geriatric residents and different levels of care
• Creative ability, working cooperatively with other professionals, ability to organize and carry out responsibilities efficiently and effectively
