About the Role

Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floor plan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.

Saturday availability is required, as weekends are the most high-traffic time for prospective residents exploring home options.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver incredible customer service by creating a sense of community and going the extra mile to ensure a spectacular experience for new residents.
  • Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, recommendations, and tailored outreach to prospective residents.
  • Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media to fuel community enthusiasm for Vivmark.
  • Follow through with prospective residents by providing tailored updates, such as ideal floor plans, new hot-spot openings, and neighborhood highlights.
  • Use property management software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage leasing operations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

Total base pay range: $35,500.00 - $50,000.00.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (28203). Full-time position with 40 weekly scheduled hours.
