As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You will follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents know you care. Saturday availability is required, as weekends are the most high-traffic time for future residents to explore their home options.
Responsibilities
- Deliver incredible customer service, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile to provide a spectacular experience for new residents.
- Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, recommendations, and creative marketing campaigns.
- Fuel community enthusiasm via continuous outreach and social media engagement.
- Understand what’s important to prospective residents and provide tailored updates (e.g., ideal floorplans, neighborhood hot-spots, local events).
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a genuine desire to help both residents and team members in Creating a Better Way to Live.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $41,000.00 – $57,000.00
