HOAMCO is a leading homeowners association management company servicing Milton, Florida and surrounding areas, including Cantonment, Tallahassee, and Gulf Breeze. This role involves regular travel to developer-run HOA communities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property, or community manager
- Florida Licensed - CAM
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance coverage
Responsibilities
- Manage community according to governing documents, management agreement, and contracts
- Proactive, clear communication with Board of Directors, vendors, and internal team
- Demonstrate financial acumen and competency in preparing budgets, ensuring timely payments, and delivering monthly financials (training provided)
- Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Stay current with best industry practices and all applicable laws; educate boards accordingly
- Additional duties as assigned
