Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between board of directors and CMC management
- Conduct regular community inspections and coordinate vendor work
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the board
- Manage community budgets, assessments, and reserve funds
- Facilitate board and annual meetings including preparation of agendas and minutes
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, Florida Statutes (Chapter 718/720), and community rules
- Respond to resident inquiries and work orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate emergency response and after-hours situations as needed
Requirements
- Active Florida CAM license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of community association management experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida HOA and condominium law (FS 718 / FS 720)
- Proficiency with property management software (experience with Engage/C3 a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously
