Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between board of directors and CMC management
  • Conduct regular community inspections and coordinate vendor work
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the board
  • Manage community budgets, assessments, and reserve funds
  • Facilitate board and annual meetings including preparation of agendas and minutes
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, Florida Statutes (Chapter 718/720), and community rules
  • Respond to resident inquiries and work orders in a timely manner
  • Coordinate emergency response and after-hours situations as needed

Requirements

  • Active Florida CAM license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of community association management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Florida HOA and condominium law (FS 718 / FS 720)
  • Proficiency with property management software (experience with Engage/C3 a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously
