Community Ambassador/Guest Services

About the role

As a Community Ambassador, you will create a warm and inclusive environment, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and residents. You will also serve as the Meeting Coordinator, ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and follow-up of various meetings and events within our community. Your passion for building strong connections and impeccable organizational skills will foster a thriving and engaged community. This role reports to the Lead Office Services Associate or the Client Relations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for visitors and residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all community members.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on community meetings and events.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling, setup, and materials.
• Build strong connections within the community to foster engagement.
