Communications & Digital Content Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute communication strategies, editorial calendars, and content plans for SDLC initiatives.
• Create newsletters, executive communications, leadership updates, FAQs, training content, and change management materials.
• Manage SharePoint/intranet sites and digital communication hubs, including governance and content lifecycle.
• Produce audience-specific content explaining process changes and business impact.
• Develop communication toolkits, launch campaigns, and post-go-live support materials.
• Cook up multimedia content, including executive videos, scripts, and presentations.
• Track communication effectiveness using analytics, surveys, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, editorial, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or digital content management.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business-friendly content.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, intranet platforms, or digital communication portals.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, or similar design tools.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, approvals, and content deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting SDLC, digital transformation, cybersecurity, or technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Stream, and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Experience creating multimedia content, including executive videos.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive communications.
• Experience using analytics to measure and improve communication effectiveness.
