Job Title: Communications & Digital Content Lead Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 Duration: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a Communications & Digital Content Lead to drive communication strategy and digital content for an enterprise SDLC transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will develop engaging internal communications, manage SharePoint/intranet content, create executive messaging, and oversee a centralized communications hub to support organizational change and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication strategies, editorial calendars, and content plans for SDLC initiatives. Create newsletters, executive communications, leadership updates, FAQs, training content, and change management materials. Manage SharePoint/intranet sites and digital communication hubs, including governance and content lifecycle. Produce audience-specific content explaining process changes and business impact. Develop communication toolkits, launch campaigns, and post-go-live support materials. Coordinate multimedia content, including executive videos, scripts, and presentations. Track communication effectiveness using analytics, surveys, and engagement metrics. Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, editorial, and governance standards. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or digital content management. Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication skills. Experience translating technical concepts into business-friendly content. Hands-on experience with SharePoint, intranet platforms, or digital communication portals. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, or similar design tools. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, approvals, and content deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience supporting SDLC, digital transformation, cybersecurity, or technology initiatives. Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Stream, and enterprise collaboration tools. Experience creating multimedia content, including executive videos.Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive communications. Experience using analytics to measure and improve communication effectiveness.
