- Internal Stakeholder Communications across multiple business units (approx. 65 percent)
Responsibilities
- Lead development, coordination, and delivery of communications across external and internal audiences.
- Draft clear, professional, and business focused communications tailored to multiple customer segments and business lines.
- Cook up inputs from subject matter experts, sales communications partners, and cross functional business teams.
- Facilitate and manage the legal review process for external communications, working directly with legal partners.
- Support stakeholder engagement through meeting coordination, content preparation, and tracking of review cycles.
- Maintain communications plans, trackers, and documentation using Excel and Smartsheet.
- Ensure communications are aligned with program milestones, leadership expectations, and change impacts.
- Create polished PowerPoint materials for leadership updates and internal briefings.
- Maintain shared content repositories and documentation within SharePoint and Teams.
- Build strong working relationships across the integration team and broader business units.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex communications programs, ideally within consumer goods or a similar operational environment.
- Background supporting large scale transformation, post-merger integration, or multi business unit programs preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Comfort operating independently while collaborating within a supportive team.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
- Experience coordinating multi step approval processes, including legal and senior leader review.
- Able to manage high volume, high complexity workloads with tight timelines.
