Responsibilities

• Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities.
• Possess and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries.
• Present and demonstrate BAYCOM’s communication and security solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

• A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity.
• At least two years of sales experience.
• A competitive nature and motivation for sales success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work independently and remotely.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally in support of business growth.
