About the Role
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA's family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results. This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
Responsibilities
- Providing assistance and support to the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and content.
- Administering social media accounts, conducting day-to-day maintenance and tracking activity volume across multiple digital channels.
- Gathering data of organizational digital marketing initiatives and results; conducting analyses and delivering reports.
- Assisting in ensuring compliance of digital marketing initiatives with all regulations, policies and procedures.
- Partner with institutional clients and advisors (or internal stakeholders) to deliver and execute communications that drive participant engagement during critical plan transitions.
- Work collaboratively across TIAA's implementation teams to deliver communications that align with our Communication & Engagement Services (CES) offer strategy and measurably improve participant engagement.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel communications campaigns for assigned plan change projects, ensuring alignment with Corporate, Brand, and clients' objectives, and Institutional Relationships segment goals while adhering to CES processes and standards.
- Deploy communications using internal marketing automation platforms, tracking engagement metrics and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Work with institutional partners, transition teams, product owners, marketing and readiness groups on creating/disseminating communications specific to Institutional news and/or plan updates or general mailings.
- Help create, refine, and manage communication templates and resources that enable efficient, consistent delivery of plan change messaging across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Services to ensure communications meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.

- 3+ years' Communications experience (Preferred)
