Communications Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Communications Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will partner closely with relationship managers, clients, and senior leaders to shape clear, effective communication strategies that strengthen engagement and support participant outcomes. The consultant will bring a strategic marketing mindset to campaign development, message refinement, and presentation delivery in a highly relationship-driven environment. Success in this position will come from translating complex ideas into compelling communications that improve client impact and support new business growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with relationship managers and clients to develop effective communication programs Provide strategic communication guidance to improve employee engagement and participant outcomes Measure and analyze communication program effectiveness, sharing insights with clients for enhancement Collaborate with teams to create campaigns that support new business initiatives and strengthen market positioning Deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders, clients, and prospective clients Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 10-15 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, consulting, or agency environment Demonstrated success in leading strategic marketing and communications initiatives Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans 401(k) savings plan with up to 6% company match Employer-paid cash balance retirement plan (4%) Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year 20 days paid time off plus holidays and a flexible Diversity Celebration Day Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
